My work lives on walls—between portrait and pop, culture and memory. I specialize in linocut paste-ups and painted murals, using public space as both surface and message.
Each piece begins by hand: carved blocks printed onto paper, then wheatpasted onto walls. These works fuse Latin American identity with pop iconography, reimagining faces and symbols that carry both personal and cultural weight. My paste-ups are direct, often raw, inviting reflection through repetition, layering, and placement.
I’ve painted and pasted across the U.S.—from Colorado and Dallas to Arizona, Nevada, and Florida. My street work is grounded in printmaking traditions, yet shaped by the urgency of the street. Portraits are central to my practice, where local histories, icons, and popular figures collide in a bold, graphic style.
In 2024, I presented my solo show “Popcorn” at the Centro Cultural de España en El Salvador (CCESV), exploring nostalgia, mass imagery, and Central American cultural fragments. I've also collaborated with the Museo de Arte de El Salvador (MARTE) through print-based community workshops focused on youth expression and reclaiming space through art.
For me, walls are archives—each one layered with presence, struggle, and memory. Whether carved, printed, or painted, my art reclaims surface and story.
