Business Client means a company, property owner, developer, property manager, tenant, agency, brand, or other legal entity that requests, purchases, or receives services from WXLLSPACE.

CCPA and/or CPRA refers to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020.

Project means a mural, artwork, installation, design, campaign, property activation, or related engagement performed, coordinated, or arranged by WXLLSPACE.

Project Data means information related to a Project, including property details, project location, wall dimensions, site photographs, renderings, designs, budgets, timelines, stakeholder information, approvals, installation details, communications, invoices, and related files.

Service means the Website, platform, Mural Services, artist services, project coordination services, and related business services provided by WXLLSPACE.

Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of WXLLSPACE. Service Providers may include vendors, contractors, hosting providers, analytics providers, email providers, payment processors, project management tools, marketing tools, artists, installers, and other third parties used to provide or improve the Service.

For purposes of GDPR, Service Providers are Data Processors.

Third-Party Social Media Service means any website or social network through which a User can log in to, create an account for, or interact with the Service.

Usage Data means data collected automatically, either generated by use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.

When You engage with WXLLSPACE as an Artist, contractor, vendor, installer, or creative professional, WXLLSPACE may collect and process information necessary to evaluate, onboard, coordinate, pay, manage, and promote You in connection with mural projects and related services.

WXLLSPACE processes Artist and contractor data to:

Maintain business, tax, legal, and accounting records
Promote completed work, subject to applicable preferences, contractual restrictions, and opt-out rights

Portfolio and Work Documentation

Unless restricted by a Project agreement, confidentiality obligation, Client restriction, or Artist preference communicated in writing, WXLLSPACE may photograph, film, document, display, publish, and reference completed work for portfolio, marketing, sales, social media, award submissions, case studies, investor materials, press, and business development purposes.

Artists may request correction, removal, or limitation of certain portfolio uses by contacting WXLLSPACE. Removal requests will be handled using commercially reasonable efforts for WXLLSPACE-controlled channels. WXLLSPACE cannot guarantee removal from third-party websites, search engines, social media shares, press coverage, cached pages, or archived materials.

5. Information from Third-Party Social Media Services

WXLLSPACE may allow You to create an account, log in, or interact with the Service through Third-Party Social Media Services, including:

10. Retention of Your Personal Data
