About Chanelle René
Chanelle René is an award-winning contemporary painter and mural artist based in Southern New Jersey. Her figurative work explores identity through the lens of culture, self essence, and (re)claiming spaces. Working in PR/marketing for the past 20 years, Chanelle started painting during the pandemic pause of 2020. A visual storyteller, she often celebrates the feminine figure to create narrative and engaging works from large-scale murals to original canvas paintings. Chanelle has exhibited nationally and internationally with works held in private and public collections.
