The story
“"The work’s strength relies on an intimate relationship with nature, its power, and its organic shapes. Simultaneously, the presence of more rigid elements such as lines, curves, and geometrical components is introduced providing a sense of wholeness to the artistic composition. We were inspired by the nature that we discovered on our trip through Holland. We hope that the residents of Assen enjoy the colors and it brings a smile every time they see the mural!" ”
