About Dragon76
Born in Japan. I have been working as a mural artist based in New York since 2016,
based on street art. My style is constantly evolving, and I create works based on the
theme of the coexistence of opposites, such as past and future, stillness and movement,
and justice and evil. The largest mural I have worked on is 256ft x 53ft, which was
commissioned by the United Nations in Houston, Texas in 2021. I have painted murals in
48 locations in the US Wins three times at ART BATTLE NY, wins the US
CHAMPIONSHIP in 2018, and becomes the first US champion. For merchandise, I
collaborate with brands such as New Era and X-Large. In addition, my original character
Toy "DR76,'' a modern update of the traditional Japanese samurai that is my identity,
sold out in minutes.
