About Ivan Roque

I was born December 27, 1991 in Miami, Florida. I'm a Cuban American artist and I've been painting professionally since I was 18 years old. I started doing murals in 2011 and it's been my primary art form since then. My mother was a main influence in me pursuing art as a career as she was the only one that believed in what I could do and showed that this was my purpose, to embrace the gifts I had and bring beauty to the world. I'm always grateful for that. I've been fortunate enough to have painted in over 15 different states and five different countries having met artists and friends from all over the world. I've worked with many Fortune 500 companies such as McDonald's, NBC Universal, Virgin Voyages, and Capital One just to name a few. In 2024 I won a National Mural Award getting Bronze in the Southeast region of the United States. I also have a Bachelor's of Art Degree in Visual Arts from Florida International University.
