The retail tower at 626 South Wabash in the South Loop has progressed to the underside of the second level. The core is at the second story of what will eventually be a 19-story building with 164 dwelling units. That progress is courtesy of general contractor Clark Construction, their concrete contractor Adjustable Concrete, and the tower crane they erected at the site in July.
