Leo Shallat

I was born and raised in Seattle, WA I have worked for the past ten years developing my artistic style. My background is in European gothic calligraphy and graffiti. My art come from a deeply intuitive and spontaneous place and focuses on abstract typography and deconstructed letterforms to create organic composition. Flow states, meditation, and being present in the moment are themes that occur throughout my work from studio paintings to murals.
