Ona Salvador (Barcelona, 1999) is a visual artist and muralist. Her work explores the female figure as a living landscape where body and nature intertwine, often weaving elements of symbolism, fantasy, and visual storytelling. She has developed public art projects internationally. Through luminous color palettes and carefully crafted compositions, she creates works that balance monumentality and intimacy, inhabiting spaces of transformation where fragility and strength coexist.
This mural by Ona Salvador captures the moment just before action — a transitional state where the decision has already formed internally, even if movement has yet to begin. The ravens, reimagined as positive symbols, represent intuition: silent guides through uncertainty. Positioning the figure at this threshold, the piece explores the tension between the unknown and inner certainty, with a color palette that contrasts the external world with the emotional inner landscape. Created for the Beaumont Mural Festival.
View this muralThis vibrant mural by Ona Salvador depicts a contemplative woman holding an open pomegranate glowing from within, its light resting on her like a quiet blessing. A symbol of creation, fertility, and nurturing, the fruit becomes the emotional center of the piece. Surrounded by fruit-bearing branches and rich organic forms, the mural reflects on the cyclical nature of life — growth, care, harvest, and renewal. Created as a tribute to motherhood and feminine generative power, the work speaks not only of birth, but of the everyday act of sustaining, protecting, and helping something fragile become whole.
