My work transforms scientific facts and ideas into a rich visual language that invites viewers to connect intellectually and emotionally with the living world around them. Through large-scale murals and public art, I aim to bring nature into urban environments—creating moments of stillness, wonder, and reflection amid the built landscape. I believe that public art has the power to transform sterile or overlooked spaces into vibrant, participatory places that promote connection and well-being.

I am particularly drawn to mural work for its accessibility and democratic nature: anyone, regardless of background, can experience it. When natural imagery appears unexpectedly on a city wall, it offers a powerful reminder of the ecosystems we are part of but often forget. This connection is not only symbolic—it is deeply beneficial. Studies show that viewing and experiencing nature reduces stress, improves mental health, and fosters empathy and stewardship. My murals serve as visual portals to these benefits, inviting viewers to pause, breathe, and re-engage with the living systems that sustain us.

I began painting murals while living in Oaxaca, Mexico in 2013, where I learned from local activists and artists. My work can now be seen from Massachusetts to Colombia and I have participated in many mural festivals both nationally and internationally including Pangeaseed’s Sea Walls Festival (2020 & 2021, USA), Sunny Dayz Mural Festival (2024, USA) and the Cheltenham Paint Festival (2023, England).
