“A non-pro t project for the Pu’uhale Elementary School, sharing a memorial to one of the original supporters of the mural festival who passed away. Shawn Hosner was a major supporter of art in all forms, so the festival wanted to memorialize her through her love of music, Hawaii’s natural wonders, her philanthropy as a curator, and her love of cats. While painting this piece, the local stray cats would come and watch me work. ”
