“Created during COVID, this festival was meant to brighten up the neighborhood and encourage visitors to enjoy our artwork by driving and walking through in safety-minded tours. All artists installed a secondary group piece on the main strip of the town that says “You Are Loved” to further strike home that message of togetherness during a pandemic when folks were isolated.”
