Why Artists Work with WXLLSPACE
We’ve got you covered
WXLLSPACE connects real estate developers directly with commissioned mural artists — handling sourcing, contracts, insurance, and on-site delivery as one managed process. Every project is backed by built-in legal agreements and insurance coverage, so your team isn’t negotiating with individual artists or carrying the liability yourself.
End-to-End Mural Project Coordination
We manage everything—from wall prep and lift coordination to artist onboarding and site access. When you commission a mural artist through WXLLSPACE, you avoid the delays and miscommunication that come with managing freelance muralists directly. Production stays predictable from kickoff to final walkthrough.
Enhance Your Brand with Artistic Media
Every completed mural is documented with professional photography and video, giving your leasing and marketing teams ready-to-use property assets.
Built-In Artist Agreements and Full Insurance Coverage
No need to draft your own contracts. WXLLSPACE handles all legal agreements and provides insurance coverage to protect your asset, timeline, and team. Our contracts are built specifically for commercial mural and public art commissions—reducing liability exposure for your development team.
Speedy and Simplified Process
Skip the RFQ process. Our platform connects you directly to vetted mural artists—with pricing, availability, and proposals in one place. Review artist portfolios, select a muralist that fits your property, and start the project.
