MadeBySaba

Saba Hamidi is a multidisciplinary artist, designer, and founder of MadeBySaba, a visual storytelling studio specializing in bold, large-scale mural work. With a background in landscape architecture, graphic design, and mural arts, she approaches walls as immersive surfaces, transforming them into dynamic compositions that shift the experience of a space. Her work is defined by intricate patterns, organic forms, and abstract compositions that create a strong visual presence while maintaining a sense of movement and flow. Saba’s murals are designed to captivate at first glance and reward closer attention over time. Using vibrant, saturated color palettes and layered detail, her work draws people in from a distance, then reveals hidden elements embedded within the design: subtle shapes, symbols, and recurring motifs that create moments of surprise, curiosity, and discovery. This interplay between boldness and intricacy gives her murals a unique energy, turning them into memorable visual backdrops that invite interaction and naturally lend themselves to photography. With over a decade of experience, Saba has created site-responsive murals and installations for a range of clients, bringing a refined design sensibility and a highly recognizable visual language to each project. Her work transforms blank walls into striking, story-rich environments - artwork that not only stands out, but keeps people looking.
